Paul Jackson formed the present company in 1984 as Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents to specialise in the sale of residential properties within the Sandwell, Dudley and Birmingham areas.
The company presently specialises in Residential Sales, Property Management and Commercial Lettings.
Our offices are able to provide prominent window displays within what is known as the main "High Street" of Oldbury.
Our knowledge of residential property sales is complimented by the highly trained team of negotiators and administrators who can provide a very personal and immediate service with advice involving all aspects of moving home. This includes impartial advice from our own independent mortgage advisor Mike Wiredu, who can find the most suitable finance deal for clients tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
A free marketing appraisal will be carried out by Jo Stevens who has over 20 years Estate Agency experience. Upon receiving instructions marketing will be carried out immediately with an extensive search of the property register carried out by our offices, enabling a speedy and efficient sale.
